Welcome to the wonderful world of academia! That's just the institutional price... your price would probably be even higher if they'll sell it individuals at all.

Hi Gina,

Which paper? If you have an author or name I can usually obtain them.

Cheers,

Galen

The one by kleinfelter himself. I want the original diagnosis and the group used to base that diagnosis on. I am tackling a book used by students at Mcquarrie University.

Hi Gina,

This is a good challenge!

A few links. I haven't found anything in Pubmed but that's not stopped me before.

http://www.nichd.nih.gov/publications/pubs/klinefelter.cfm

https://digital.lib.washington.edu/xmlui/bitstream/handle/1773/4293/Lancet_2000_Klinefelters_Syndrome.pdf?sequence=2

http://books.google.com/books?id=SrzGRSN2s4IC&pg=PA160&lpg=PA160&dq=Harry+Klinefelter,+Fuller+Albright,+and+their+colleague+Edward+Reifenstein+Jr,&source=bl&ots=-L3La3N4Bi&sig=OOlqPCumT61VUJFfDUn_kyD_uqY&hl=en&ei=deakTOKlIYG2sAOz6Jn-Dg&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=2&ved=0CBcQ6AEwAQ#v=onepage&q=Harry%20Klinefelter%2C%20Fuller%20Albright%2C%20and%20their%20colleague%20Edward%20Reifenstein%20Jr%2C&f=false

This is cool:

http://jcem.endojournals.org/content/vol2/issue12/

http://www.bmj.com/content/2/4832/371.full.pdf

Here it is:

HARRY F. KLINEFELTER, JR., EDWARD C. REIFENSTEIN, JR., and FULLER ALBRIGHT, JR.
Syndrome Characterized by Gynecomastia, Aspermatogenesis without A-Leydigism, and Increased Excretion of Follicle-Stimulating Hormone
J Clin Endocrinol 1942 2: 615-627 doi:10.1210/jcem-2-11-615 [Abstract] [PDF]

New I could find it for free:

http://jama.ama-assn.org/cgi/reprint/120/17/1400.pdf

Happy reading!

Cheers,

Galen/Juniper

PS - 11 patients is hardly enough for a study...
